PROCESSING TIMES
The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days, however, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive following a shop update, around the holidays, or when I am at conventions.
SHIPPING ESTIMATIONS
After you receive your shipping confirmation email, this is how long it will likely take for your order to reach you:
Australia: 3-15 working days
Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
To avoid any surprises, please check your country's customs taxes prior to placing your order.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Please note that I am NOT responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office.
I am unable to provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit because I have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.
- If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
- If your item is damaged due to shipping errors please contact me with pictures of the item so I can help you out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to reappear in your account.
REFUND POLICY
Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 14 days of receiving. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.
The refund will be issued once the items arrived safely and in full amount. The delivery fees are not reimbursable, just the item prices will be refunded.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package if it is damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This usually resolved by a replacement item.
